                                                                                                                 Hatha Flow                                                                           Hatha Flow is a gentle, yet deep and invigorating yoga practice integrating a combination of standing, seated, supine, twisting, balancing and supported inversion postures. You'll practice a balance of hot (strengthening) and cooling (restorative) yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness.    All levels welcome.

Healthy Backs                                                                     Focus on authentic alignment and posture through the sequencing of postures.  The purpose of the practice is to unravel the issues in our bodies and create true health and comfort.  This style is excellent for those with injury or illness.  All levels welcome 
Iyengar Yoga I / II                                                                A balance of strength and flexibility exploring a full range of postures with a focus on alignment.  The addition of props helps people who are less flexible to experience the poses and receive their benefits.allows you to access the benefits.   All levels welcome
Morning Satsang                                              Start the day with chanting of the Gayatri Mantra and the Patanjali Yoga Sutra followed by a basic Pranayama practice and a short meditation.  Class is free of charge when attending the following class.

Relax Deeply                                                                            A restorative Yoga practice with supported floor postures that support deep relaxation, tension release, stress management, and rejuvenation. Relax Deeply fosters your body's innate healing capacity, and nourishes your physiology and especially your nervous system.  Excellent as a prenatal practice, for remedying fatigue, or those suffering chronic pain.  All levels welcome               
Rope Wall                                                       Explore the therapeutic use of ropes to create length and freedom.  Ropes enable us to use gravity rather than work against it and create traction and buoyancy. Vinyasa Yoga                                                                                                                                        Synergy of breath and movement form the basis of Vinyasa.  Explore a full range of postures; hip openers, forward bends, backbends, balancing, twisting and inverted postures in a systematically approachable way.
