Morning Satsang

Start the day with chanting Patanjali Yoga Sutras and a basic Pranayama practice followed by a meditation.  Class is free of charge when attending the following class.

Ashtanga, Primary Series

  The Ashtanga, Primary Series is called Yoga Chikitsa -- following the teachings of Sri. K. Pattabhi Jois --  or Yoga Therapy. Ashtanga Yoga detoxifies and aligns your body through the cultivation of an inner purifying heat.  The integration of breath along with the prescribed sequence of yoga postures into a continuous flow (Vinyasa) cultivates the perfection of strength, balance, flexibility and a vibrantly healthy body and mind. 

No Vinyasa on new and full moons, nor the first 3 days of the menstrual cycle. 

Some proficiency with Ashtanga is recommended.

Hatha Flow  

Hatha Flow is a gentle, yet deep and invigorating yoga practice integrating a combination of standing, seated, supine, twisting, balancing and supported inversion postures. You'll practice a balance of hot (strengthening) and cooling (restorative) yoga postures with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness.

Structural Alignment Yoga

This Iyengar inspired Yoga focuses on authentic alignment and posture through the sequencing of postures.  The purpose of the practice is to unravel the issues in our bodies and create true health and comfort.  This style is excellent for those with injury or illness.

Mellow Flow

Mellow Flow is a gentle, yet deep and invigorating yoga practice integrating a combination of standing, seated, supine, twisting, balancing and supported inversion postures.

Post / Prenatal Mommy & Me (Daddy too!) Practice geared towards parents and parents to be.  Feel free to bring your child, age 3 and under. (1 child per parent)


Relax Deeply

  Here you'll practice floor postures that support deep relaxation, tension release, and stress management. Relax Deeply fosters your body's innate healing capacity. Excellent as a prenatal practice, for remedying fatigue, or those suffering chronic pain.

Exploration of the basic principles of  muscular and skeletal alignment through the fundamentals of Yoga in a supportive class environment geared for the beginner or someone looking for a gentle practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

Synergy of breath and movement form the basis of Krishnamacharya’s Vinyasa.  Explore a full range of postures; hip openers, forward bends, backbends, balancing, twisting and inverted postures in a systematically approachable way.

Level I/II; Level II, enthusiastic beginners welcome

Level II/III requires teacher’s prior consent
